I am putting an inline fuse on the wire running from the battery to the outlet.. The red-ringed fuse at right is a Type S, so that socket will only accept a 20-amp fuse like itself in the future, but the wiring is only rated for 15-amps—so the circuit is. In our condo, the fuse box was in the kitchen on the same short wall as the telephone.
